On 29 October at 4:15 AM earthquake jolted many towns and villages in southern Pashtunistan and some areas of northern Balochistan, however before this tremor, an hour before, there was a minor scale earthquake. Richter scale of the second quake was recorded 6.2, which continued for 45 seconds. The epicenter of this quake was located 70 miles northeast of Quetta city.

Around 150 people lost their lives due to the second tremor in Ziarat and surrounding areas of southern Pashtunistan. People came out, terrifyingly, of their homes in cold and chilly night, in Quetta.

Again the earthquake came, at 4:34 PM, this time with more shaking and recorded 6.4 at Richter Scale, its tremors felt in Quetta, Nushki, Loralai, Ziarat and in Kalat were mountains seen releasing thick dust, due to the force of vibration caused by the earthquake.

Our(Baloch) deepest sympathies are with Pashtun people who suffered a lot due to earthquake.
